Description & Defining
For the 2026 edition of Roland-Garros, Haier entrusted No Big Deal with the creation of an interactive brand experience within the tournament’s Fan Village.
Our team was responsible for the end-to-end development of the booth, from the initial creative concept to the final on-site execution. The project was designed to showcase Haier’s premium ecosystem of home appliances while creating a highly engaging environment capable of attracting visitors, generating qualified leads, and strengthening brand perception among an international audience.
The activation included experience design, lead generation mechanics, custom furniture production for product display, booth layout development, graphic design, logistics, installation, and operational management throughout the event.

Challenge & Solution
The challenge was to transform a limited exhibition footprint within one of the world’s most prestigious sporting events into a memorable brand destination capable of balancing product storytelling, visitor engagement, and commercial effectiveness.
To achieve this, No Big Deal developed a fully integrated booth concept combining premium design, intuitive visitor flows, and high-participation engagement activities. Custom-built furniture was specifically designed to enhance the visibility of Haier products while maintaining a clean and contemporary aesthetic aligned with the brand’s positioning.
Lead generation was embedded directly into the visitor journey through interactive experiences designed to maximize participation without disrupting the event environment. The result was a welcoming, high-impact space that successfully connected brand awareness, product discovery, and data collection within a single cohesive experience.
Technology & Engagement
Beyond the booth design and production, No Big Deal developed two custom interactive experiences specifically designed to drive visitor engagement and lead generation throughout the event.
The challenge was to create activations that were directly connected to the world of tennis, easy to understand, suitable for all age groups, and fast enough to handle a high volume of participants during peak tournament hours.
Stop The Timer
Inspired by Roland-Garros’ founding year, 1928, this challenge invited visitors to stop a running timer at exactly 19.28 seconds.
Using a custom tennis ball-shaped buzzer and a large-format digital display, participants had to carefully watch the screen and press at the perfect moment. The simplicity of the game generated immediate engagement, while the competitive element encouraged repeated attempts and social interaction.
Participants who successfully stopped the timer at exactly 19.28 seconds had the chance to win two tickets to the Rolex Paris Masters.
Hit The Target
For the second activation, No Big Deal developed an interactive tennis challenge powered by LIDAR technology.
A custom-built playing surface was capable of detecting the tennis ball’s bounce position with millimetric precision, assigning dynamic scores based on the distance from a moving target. Even near misses generated partial points, creating a rewarding and highly engaging experience for players of all skill levels.
The visitor journey began with QR-code registration, followed by a branded GIF photo opportunity before entering the game area. Participants scoring 10,000 points or more received an exclusive Haier giveaway, transforming the activation into a complete lead generation and brand engagement funnel.
The combination of physical interaction, real-time scoring technology, digital registration and instant rewards allowed Haier to maximize participation while collecting valuable visitor data throughout the tournament.
